Remind (formerly Remind101) is a great tool to stay in touch with students and their families and help them stay on top of assignments, due dates and classroom content. It is also a great way to "Remind" your class about upcoming Formative Assessments and how to access the content related to the assessment as well as a link to the assessment. |
- Remind has a teacher iPad/iPhone/Android App you can use to manage your Remind account from a mobile device.
- Remind is a one-way text messaging and email system.
- All personal information can remain confidential. Teachers will never see a student or parent phone number, nor will students or parents ever see the teacher's phone number. Or teachers can collect phone numbers and send out invitations.
- Teachers can schedule Reminders to go out via text/email ahead of time.
- Attachments can be included with the Reminder - these can include photos, PDF files, voice clips. etc.
